Studio Guidelines
Arrive early
Doors open 10 minutes before class. Late entry isn’t possible once the session starts.
Shoe-free studio
No outdoor footwear beyond reception. Grip socks are mandatory for all classes. Please bring your own or buy a pair at reception.
Leave it ready
Please wipe down your reformer after class using the spray and cloth provided.
Stay hydrated
Filtered water available. Bring your own bottle.
Phone-free zone
Phones on silent and stored away during class. Presence is part of the practice.
