Class Description

CTRL Dynamic is our most energising class—designed to build strength, stamina, and deep body awareness. You’ll move through a faster-paced, full-body session focused on the powerhouse muscles: core, glutes, back, and hips, while sculpting the arms and shoulders with precision.


Expect a rhythm that challenges you, equipment that amplifies the work, and sequencing that keeps you present, focused, and strong. This is Pilates with purpose—dynamic, controlled, and quietly powerful.


You’re confident on the reformer and ready to take things up a level. This class challenges your strength, stamina and control—always with intention, and always with support when you need it.

What to Expect

You’ll work with spring resistance, props, and tempo to create deep, sustained muscle engagement—without ever losing form. Think high reps, athletic flow, and functional transitions, with a cardio lift from the cardio tramp.


Each session is designed to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance coordination and balance—so you can move better, feel stronger, and carry that control into everything else you do.


You’ll leave feeling strong, focused, and fully in control of your movement—inside the studio and beyond.
