CTRL Flow builds on your foundation with smooth, continuous sequences that connect strength, coordination, and breath. This mixed-level class deepens your Pilates practice through intelligent movement that sculpts, stabilises and energises.

Expect thoughtful sequencing that supports spinal alignment, enhances joint mobility, and tones the full body—especially the core, glutes, arms and back. Every movement is designed to challenge without overwhelm, and to move with intention, not urgency.

You’ve built the basics—now it’s time to move with more flow, more focus, and a little more challenge. We’ll guide you every step of the way.

  • Suitable for postnatal clients with previous Reformer Pilates experience and medical clearance

  • Not suitable during pregnancy
