Class Description

CTRL Foundations is our entry point to Reformer Pilates—a calm, supportive class designed to help you feel confident, connected, and in control. You’ll move through a full-body workout at a steady, considered pace, using core Pilates principles to improve posture, build strength, and develop deep body awareness.

No experience is needed. No fitness background required. Just bring yourself—and we’ll guide you from there.

What to Expect

You’ll be introduced to the reformer and the key Pilates techniques that will support your movement for life. Learn how to move confidently on the equipment, refine your form, and build strength that lasts beyond the studio.

We focus on ease, not intensity—helping you move better, feel stronger, and avoid injury.

You’ll leave feeling taller, more grounded, and completely in tune with your body.

Pre/Postnatal

  • Postnatal-friendly with medical clearance

  • Not suitable during pregnancy
